Mike has over 20 years experience working in both the public and private sector, in the areas of service provision, education and training and development, as well as in private practice as a clinician in the field of human services. He has undertaken consultancies both nationally and internationally, in the Fiji Islands and also in Singapore for the last ten years.
His work incorporates a unique combination of up to date research (including skills, knowledge and methodology), combined with action methods, practical demonstration and real life simulations.
Changemaker Consultants has a network of associates that it can call on to provide specific expertise and co-facilitation services when required.
He is available for casual one-off consultancy work, or longer-term training and development projects. Courses and training events are tailor-made to suit the clients’ needs and requirements and may involve a training needs analysis being undertaken.
In addition to training and development, Mike is available to provide Life Coaching, Professional Supervision and Mentoring services to individuals and groups.
